Summer Spiritual Renewal 2023!
Doylestown Presbyterian Church presents Summer Spiritual Renewal!
June 19 – 22 from 9:30 to 11:30 am
This four-day program, sponsored by the Senior Adult Ministry Committee, offers an opportunity to reflect on the theme entitled “Bible 101: Bible Matters for Transformation.” We’ll be led by Rev. Kang-Yup Na, Pastoral Ministries Manager at Ann’s Choice Senior Living, who will refresh and renew our reading and understanding of the Bible. Kang’s aim is to help us grow as children of God, no matter in what season of spiritual journey we find ourselves.
We will meet each morning (Monday-Wednesday) from 9:30 to 11:30 am in DPC’s Celtic Cross Room. On Thursday, we hope to meet at 9:30 am under the pavilion in George M. Bush Park, 3868 Burnt House Hill Road in nearby Buckingham. Picnic tables and benches are available but feel free to bring your own chair – and coffee too.
(In the event of rain, we will gather again in the Celtic Cross Room.)
Those attending on Thursday are invited to BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) as we enjoy a time of fellowship at the close of the program. Drinks and desserts will be provided.
The program fee of $20 will be collected when you arrive on Monday.
The Mission component of this year’s gathering will benefit the Christian Legal Clinics of Philadelphia.
