Women

At DPC there is a diverse, caring, and welcoming group of Christian women, with a goal of providing the following opportunities for you:

Bible Studies

Studying and Living God's Word

Studying and Living God's Word. We  meet in the library from 9:30 to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday mornings.  The curriculum is researched and selected by the group, based on mutual interests.  Typically the group chooses to study a book of the Bible, including life application, with a new study selected every 12 weeks. The members are diverse in background, experience and opinion — this results in great discussion.  The group is open to anyone, and new members are warmly welcomed. For more information, contact Mary Shull (215-297-5627 / This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. )

Seekers of the Word

Martin Luther called Paul's letter to the Romans "the most important piece in the New Testament....It is purest Gospel." We will unpack the power of the gospel and explore how it transforms our hearts and lives today. Please join us for Bible study and fellowship. New seekers are always welcome. This women's Bible study meets on Thursdays from 9:15 to 11am in AH-213. If you have any questions, please contact Charlotte Kane (215-343-5038).

Top of the Town Quilters

These diverse, cross-generational groups, which include novice and experienced quilters, meet two times a week (Mondays and Thursdays) in Andrews Hall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Proceeds from work are donated to community charities designated by the group. Though the primary focus is on quilting, the group has assisted with all aspects of quilt making. Informal meetings provide opportunities for sharing and caring.
