I am so pleased you have chosen to visit our website.
In the links and articles, images and downloads that follow, you will get a flavor for the Doylestown Presbyterian Church. Now in our third century of worship and service, we strive to be a welcoming and diverse family of faith that together seeks to discern and embody the love we have received in Jesus Christ. Enjoy this time of discovering more about us. I hope that soon we will have the opportunity to learn more about you!
John M. Willingham, Pastor
To be a bridge for Christ and a beacon of His love.
To be a growing community of disciples engaged in worship, service, and care.
What We Believe
Rather than ascribing to a single confessional statement, the Presbyterian Church (U.S.A.) has a Book of Confessions, a collection of statements from over the course of the Church's long history. Each statement offers a glimpse of the Church faithfully living out its calling in a particular time and place. We are guided by these witnesses while at the same time we affirm that confessional documents are subordinate standards, subject to the authority of Jesus Christ, the Word of God, as the Scriptures bear witness to him.

Services take place at 8:30 and 11 am every Sunday (9:30 service from Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day weekend). The Nursery is available during both services for children through age 3, and Children's Worship Time is available for children between age 4 and 1st grade, during service.
Between services, Sacred Grounds Café (a time for fellowship and coffee) takes place in Fellowship Hall which is on the lower level of Andrews Hall, located a short walk across Mechanics Street from the Sanctuary building. We also offer Church School classes during our education hour for all ages - including adults - from 9:45 to 10:30 am. Follow these links for more information for Children, Youth and Adults.
During the summer, there is no education hour and instead of having Sacred Grounds Café in Fellowship Hall, we serve lemonade in the church yard following both services.
